A Home, Not Just a Stay

Each EverHouse is curated to feel like a true home. We ask that you treat it with the same care and consideration you would your own—or better.

EverHouse properties are designed for comfort, relaxation, and connection.

  • Registered guests only.
  • No parties or events without prior approval. Quiet hours typically between 10pm-8am.
  • Please be mindful of neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, especially during evening hours.

No pets are allowed.

To preserve the quality of the home for all guests:

  • Smoking & vaping is not permitted indoors.
  • If allowed outdoors, please do so respectfully and dispose of materials properly.

A well-kept space makes for a better stay—for you and those who follow.

  • Please maintain a clean and orderly environment during your stay.
  • Use provided bins and dispose of trash appropriately.
  • If something spills or breaks, just let us know—we’re here to help.

Things happen—we’re here when they do.

  • Notify us promptly if anything needs attention.
  • Please do not attempt repairs or adjustments on your own.
  • Early communication helps us keep everything running smoothly.

Every detail has been intentionally selected.

  • Please do not move furniture or alter the setup.
  • Avoid hanging or attaching items that may damage walls or finishes.
  • Use all appliances and amenities as intended.

Your comfort and safety matter.

  • Secure doors and windows when leaving the property.
  • Do not disable safety devices.
  • Illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
  • Kindly use designated parking areas only.
  • Please follow any community or property-specific guidelines.

We understand that accidents can happen.

  • Please notify us of any damage during your stay.
  • Guests are responsible for damage beyond normal wear and tear.

We’ll provide simple check-out guidance for each stay.
A few small steps—like tidying up and securing the home—help us prepare for the next guest.
